TANGAZO LA UCHAGUZI WA VIONGOZI BUFADESO

 KAMATI YA UCHAGUZI ya shirika la BUFADESO inapenda kuwatangazia wanachama vikundi vya shirika kuwa, Uchaguzi Mkuu wa Wajumbe wa Bodi ya Shirika la BUFADESO utafanyika kati ya tarehe 13 hadi 16 Disemba 2022. Uchaguzi huo utajumuisha Nafasi zifuatazo:

1)      Mwenyekiti wa Shirika (Nafasi moja)

2)      Katibu wa Shirika (Nafasi moja)

3)      Wajumbe wa Bodi ya Wakurugenzi (Nafasi saba)

BUFADESO inawatangazia wajumbe wote wa vikundi wanachama na wanachama binafsi wenye sifa na weledi wa kujaza nafasi hizo kutuma maombi ya kugombea nafasi hizo.

SIFA ZA MWOMBAJI:

1.      Awe mwanakikundi wa kikundi mwanachama hai wa shirika la BUFADESO au mwanachama binafsi wa shirika.

2.      Ajue kusoma na kuandika.

3.      Asiwe muajiriwa wa serikali.

4.      Awe mbunifu mwenye ari ya maendeleo.

5.      Awe mwaminifu na muadilifu.

6.      Awe anayekubali mabadiliko anapopewa changamoto mbalimbali.

 

Mwanakikundi mwenye sifa tajwa na mwenye mwamko wa kuongoza atume barua ya maombi ikiambatana na fomu ya maombi ya kugombea nafasi ya Uongozi iliyojazwa kwa usahihi, inayopatikana kwa watumishi, wawezeshaji jamii, na viongozi wa vikundi:- Fomu hii italipiwa baada ya kutuma maombi kiasi cha Tsh 10,000/- (elfu kumi tu) kupitia akaunti ya shirika benki ya NMB yenye jina la MTANDAO WA WAKULIMA BUNDA namba 30110004259. (Wanawake na vijana wanahamasishwa kugombea nafasi hizo)

Mwombaji atume maombi kwa sanduku la posta lililotajwa hapo juu au umpe mwezeshaji jamii au mtumishi wa BUFADESO au afikishe maombi yake katika Ofisi za BUFADESO zilizopo Sazira.

Mwisho wa kutuma maombi ni tarehe 14/11/2022 saa kumi na moja jioni.

Policy brief launch by Agroforestry Network: Agroforestry and youth – possibilities and barriers

Youth are in a transitional phase between being a child and becoming an adult – a transition that in itself can be a challenge. Young farmers living in rural areas today face additional challenges, such as mounting unemployment combined with the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic, increasing food insecurity and aggravating impacts of climate change. Agroforestry – a farming technique that combines cultivating crops, pasture and trees – can address some of these challenges and also contribute to several Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). During this lunch webinar, Agroforestry Network launches the policy brief Agroforestry and youth – possibilities and barriers, showcasing the role of agroforestry for young farmers’ livelihoods in sub-Saharan African countries. The brief outlines concrete recommendations for policymakers on how to use agroforestry in an inclusive manner to create new opportunities for youth in food systems.
